For me, the reason why acupuncture is so well suited to modern life is that it encompasses the whole person’s system: our physical, mental and emotional states are seen as interdependent and equally integral to our health and well-being.

Personal experience led me to retrain and become a practitioner. Having suffered from chronic and debilitating migraines since my teenage years, I began having treatment in my thirties and have enjoyed the benefits ever since. I see acupuncture as an effective treatment for promoting physical and emotional balance and therefore staying well.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and hold a first class BSc Acupuncture degree from the acclaimed College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading (CICM), affiliated to Kingston University.

I have completed a post graduate diploma in gynaecology, fertility and obstetrics acupuncture from CICM and I am currently carrying out further study with The Fertility Support Company with Naava Carmen.

With a keen interest in holistic beauty and natural anti-aging techniques, I have carried out training in Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture, Advanced Collagen Induction Techniques and LED Light Therapy with Acuregen Academy.

My practices are based in Islington and Highgate.
